what to expect for your service

Before booking, please be aware of current guidelines and policies for your service. Your appointment booking is confirmation that you have read and agree to the following:

• NEW CLIENTS Complete new client profile then book your services here.

  If you are not sure what to book for wait for an email response after submitting the profile.

• Arrive for your service with CLEAN, DRY hair

  Washed the day before and styled down is best for both cut and color services. Color/lightener will penetrate through the hair cuticle better and more consistently on a clean canvas.

• Wear appropriate clothing for color services (you will be around products that can leave stains, please plan accordingly)

• Cash preferred, Credit + 3% fee, Zelle & Venmo accepted - @montanatsai

• Cancellation/No Show Policy 100% of service total will be charged for less than 24 hours notice and 50% of service total for less than 48 hours notice. Arriving over 15 mins late to your appointment may be considered as a no show and subject to policy fees.

• Post Service Adjustments Montana Tsai works hard to deliver high quality results with every appointment- i want you to love your hair as much as i love doing it! If you are in any way unsatisfied with your service, please reach out in 72 hours of your appointment to discuss an adjustment service.

  *I understand that chemical treatments have different effects on different hair types and colors. I agree to hold Montana Tsai harmless in the even of undesired results. I have had the process and possible results adequately explained to me. I have been given the opportunity to make requests and ask any questions I may have. I understand that any further alterations or corrections will be provided at my own expense.

  *I understand that the chemicals may have unexpected and undesired effects on the metals in my jewelry and on the fabric of my clothing. I verify I have been given the opportunity to remove my jewelry for the duration of my treatment. 

  *I understand that my stylist is a state certified cosmetologist who will try their best to create my desired results. I understand that the best way to assist my stylist is to be clear about my request, and to disclose any and all information about previous hair treatments and chemical services. 

  *I understand that services rendered are Non Refundable, since Stylist has carefully consulted and invested labor and product in providing an agreed upon service.

  *I understand that Montana Tsai is a licensed professional, and that by law they have the right to refuse service on any client at any time, if they feel as though their well-being is compromised.
